As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries via email and chat, provide product guidance, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and product performance.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable discussing and promoting sexual wellness products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred

Tech Stack:

  • Microsoft Office

Plus:

  • Previous customer service experience, especially in e-commerce or the adult industry
  • Familiarity with shipment processes and logistics

Additional Information:

  • Candidates must be comfortable discussing and addressing detailed product-related questions

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond to 55 customer emails per day; increasing to 95 post-training, with a target of 75 from Thursday to Friday
  • Manage and guide customers via chat, recommending suitable products
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insights
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure customer feedback informs Amazon listings
  • Report issues involving fraudulent sellers and ASINs
  • Assist in adding new items and optimizing product listings, including bullet points and descriptions for SEO
  • Provide high-quality client management and customer service
